I enjoyed the cooked-to-order omelet at breakfast. The chef was friendly and made it just the way I wanted. My family was happy to have a separate living area in our suite, which helped us relax after a day of exploring. We loved having a private balcony to soak in the views.
Our original room had some cleanliness issues. There was a long black hair on the sink and the carpet was worn down. We also had to deal with a bug which was not a pleasant experience.

Big room and decent amenities! The indoor pool was great, and I loved the spacious layout with comfy beds.
Let me tell ya, the shower was more like a sprinkle and the stains on the couch made me think twice before sitting!

The breakfast was a real treat, and I loved lounging by the indoor pool after a long day. The atmosphere was serene, and it was great to have a hot tub to relax in as well. Just a heads up, the hallway could use a little sprucing up, but overall, I really enjoyed my stay! 😊

The indoor pool was nice, perfect temperature for swimming. The breakfast offered a made-to-order omelet, and the chef prepared it just how I liked it. The suite had a really comfortable bed and ample space for our family. The staff, especially Yolanda at the front desk, made us feel welcomed and were always ready to help. However, the room had several cleanliness issues upon arrival. Hair was found in the bathroom, and the carpet looked worn and needed a good vacuum. We tried to get extra towels, but the front desk said they were struggling with supplies. The bathroom could definitely use a remodel, as the decor looked outdated. Overall, it felt like a property that had seen better days.

Great Family Getaway with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed our stay, especially the complimentary evening snacks and the kids loved the indoor pool, despite it being quite crowded. Breakfast lacked variety, but the atmosphere with the waterfalls made it enjoyable. An essential tip, arrive early to claim a parking spot!

Don’t expect much
We stayed in a king suite for 2 nights and it was a hot mess. AC was broken, making it stuffier than outside. The breakfast situation was wild, hardly any food left. Super nice staff though, and the bar area was chill. Just wish the room had been cleaner and had some coffee in it.

missingWrote a review on 15 Maymade-to-order breakfastspacious suiteworn decor
The made-to-order breakfast offers a decent selection, especially the omelets cooked just the way you like them. The spacious two-room suite gave my family plenty of room to stretch out after a long day of exploring.
Upon arrival, I noticed the hotel's decor showing significant wear and tear, with carpets in need of deep cleaning and an unmistakable musty smell lingering in the rooms and bathrooms. The pool area seemed overrun, making it unpleasant to swim—the murky water added to the discomfort. Parking space was limited, which made navigating the lot a little inconvenient. I couldn't help but notice the common areas looking tired and neglected, with walls scuffed and elevator interiors scratched. The hotel experienced significant noise from the adjacent rooms. kids running wild made it tough to relax. It felt like the place could use a serious refresh and some TLC to match its price tag.
